These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the EV1 platform, website, mobile application, and related services.
EV1 is operated by Fit Company LLC, trading as EV1. By accessing or using EV1, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the service.
About EV1
EV1 is a digital wellness platform designed to support personal health habits, routines, and lifestyle optimisation.
EV1 provides educational and self-improvement tools and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. EV1 is not a substitute for professional healthcare services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use EV1. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Accounts
To access certain features of EV1, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Offers, Early Access & Pre-Launch Access
From time to time, EV1 may offer promotional access, early access, pre-launch access, or special pricing offers.
Such offers may require an upfront payment, reservation fee, or other purchase and may be subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Access to certain features may be limited or unavailable prior to the official launch of the EV1 app or specific features.
Subscriptions & Billing
EV1 may offer subscription-based access to its services. Subscription details, including pricing, billing frequency, and any trial periods, will be clearly presented at the time of purchase.
Subscription billing begins only when access to the subscribed service or feature is made available, unless otherwise disclosed at checkout.
By making a purchase, you authorise EV1 to securely store your payment method with our payment processor and to charge your payment method in accordance with the terms presented at checkout.
Subscriptions continue until cancelled by you.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. EV1 does not store full payment card details.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment provider’s terms in addition to these Terms.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation rules are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The applicable refund and cancellation terms will be those displayed at the time of purchase. You are responsible for reviewing this policy before making a purchase.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting EV1 support. Cancellation takes effect in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the EV1 platform, including:
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the service
- Accessing accounts you do not own
- Reverse engineering or exploiting the platform
- Using the service for unlawful purposes
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials associated with EV1 are the property of Fit Company LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the service without prior written permission.
Service Availability & Changes
EV1 may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, pricing, or availability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV1 and Fit Company LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Use of EV1 is at your own discretion and risk.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to EV1 if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of EV1 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
