This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made through the EV1 platform.
EV1 is operated by Fit Company LLC, trading as EV1. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users.
Early Access & Pre-Launch Purchases
From time to time, EV1 may offer early access, pre-launch access, or promotional offers that require an upfront payment or reservation fee.
The specific terms of any early access or pre-launch offer, including pricing and access details, will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
- Upfront early access or reservation fees are refundable prior to the official launch of the EV1 app upon request
- Once the EV1 app or the purchased feature has officially launched, early access or reservation fees become non-refundable
Subscription billing will only begin once access to the subscribed service or feature is made available, unless otherwise disclosed at checkout.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription charges are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at purchase.
Unless required by law or otherwise stated at checkout:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law or at our discretion
In some cases, we may offer a goodwill refund to resolve a support issue. Any such refund is discretionary and does not create an obligation to provide future refunds.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting EV1 support.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to the service until the end of the billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
If you cancel before your first subscription charge (for example, during a trial or before launch), you will not be billed.

Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage users to contact EV1 support before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or card provider.
Unauthorised or unnecessary chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
