How Payments Work on EV1

EV1 is a digital wellness application operated by Fit Company LLC, United Arab Emirates. This Payment Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled when you use EV1.

Subscription Plans

EV1 offers subscription-based access to its digital features and content. Subscription options may include weekly, monthly, and annual plans.

Available plans and pricing are displayed clearly at the point of purchase. All subscriptions provide access to EV1’s in-app features during the active subscription period.

Free Trials

Some subscriptions may include a free trial period. During a free trial, no payment is taken until the trial ends.

If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial, your selected subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the start of the paid period.

Free trial availability and duration may vary and are shown clearly before you confirm your subscription.

Automatic Renewal

All EV1 subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • Weekly subscriptions renew every seven (7) days
  • Monthly subscriptions renew every calendar month
  • Annual subscriptions renew every twelve (12) months

By subscribing, you authorise EV1 to charge your selected payment method automatically for each renewal period.

Payment Methods

EV1 accepts major debit and credit cards and supported digital wallets where available. Your payment details are processed securely by our payment service provider.

EV1 does not store full card details on its own servers.

Billing Timing

Payments are charged at the start of each paid subscription period following any free trial.

Renewal charges occur on the same day and time as the original subscription purchase unless otherwise stated.

Failed Payments and Grace Periods

If a payment attempt fails, EV1 may retry the charge automatically within a short grace period. During this time, access to EV1 may be temporarily limited.

If payment cannot be successfully collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. You will be notified in-app or by email if action is required.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the EV1 app settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until the period you have already paid for expires.

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for time already used.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented access, please contact support within a reasonable time of the charge.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a billing question or issue, we encourage you to contact EV1 support before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

Unauthorised or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access to EV1.

Changes to Pricing or Plans

EV1 may update pricing or subscription plans from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance where required and will not affect your current subscription period.
